My bike has a small riser too, but it is '95. Of course flatbar would always be better as Chris intended it for use with faltbar
It is repainted. Probably the job is done with atmost care and the person spent a lot money on it, but I would still prefer a Yo with original bright paint. Bright original paint also indicates a bike is hardly used
