Anyone give me a steer on this hub? I think it has something of a 'Nuke Proof-ness' about it... Particularly interested in the skewer design - as I have a set in a gold finish (again, unidentified).

TNT maybe? I once saw a set of theirs and they looked about the same. Skinny hub with silver flanges.

Could be all wrong though, since I never saw those skewers before

The hub and skewer is made by Hi-E, mega light hubs used in time trial wheels mainly :D
