he does mention the different finish

dont know what to do .

I have asked him how long is rear hub . not sure they are right for MTB .

Ah, the previous seller didn't mention that the hubs had different finishes, that's what he's miffed about.

is that standart for road bikes ?

Rear hub of 126 mm is for 6 and 7 speed roadbikes.
