But the forks, dropouts, seatpost custer and some of the components sort of suggest it could have started life as a Raleigh. Get the feeling the top tube has been moved down to create a sloping TT as the length of the Cstays makes it look like it's from an era when the TT should have been level (could hve been at the same time as the addition of the funky gussets!)

Frankenbike springs to mind!
