wtf? pretty sure crap like that is against the law. why they have mots for cars.
ok tried to report it to ebay but there is no option for criminally unsafe advise in the listing so i guess they dont care.
looking at it, is it that the brake bosses are on the back of the fork and he put them on the wrong way round or is the steerer tube bent (i had that happen to me once)
