I would guess it is around the 20 inch variety, cant remember what sizes were available.

17" will fit up to 6' if you are short.

I'm 6'2" and rode a 19" Quantum which had a 23" top tube, from memory a 17" M Trax is what my 'Bro had, He's 5'11" and it was dandy.
