Technically: Maaaybe.
Economically: Not worth it.

A small repair on mine by a certified defence contractor worked out at £10/millimeter of weld bead. And there was no re-mitering or other tube prep stuff involved.

I'd go for Duck Tape & Shoo Goo.
Good as new!!
