Hmm that google answer doesn't seem to fit in with these though, they do look more like bar-ends.

The seller has probably mis-named the auction...these are bar ends, likely the original bar ends, as conceived by Kent Erikson. They're probably more correctly called Road Handles. Moots Mounts are actually cantilever brake adaptors.
