Looks like one of the Magnum series (aka CT 800) circa 1991/92.
Prior to that they were Reynolds 531, and after then they started making them from Tange Prestige from about '95 on (though these years very by market across Europe).
It's also about the cheapest way I've seen recently to buy a set of those forks... You could get that frame and make a profit by selling them on!
