It's probably just superficial, but I wouldn't be able to trust it.

I would have though there'd be plenty of non-destructive (from the frames perspective) of removing a seized post.

I would say about £750 though i have seen sellers asking £1000+ depends as usual on how much someone wants it. If it was refurbished well and the forks too then should fetch that pretty easy.

Shame cold wasn't used to save the paint, but one less black and white DB cant be a bad thing :LOL:
