Ok - Dont think that is a kona kilauea.
The sticker (original) depicts the tubing used in the Lavadome and Cindercone. The prestige sticker they used on that era (first year they brought out the kona kilauea) is completly different and states Prestige.
Also what raises more doubt is that the top tube decal which would say kilauea is missing.....
I think its a Lavadome.
And its an 19" for sure (well Konas 19")
