I doubt its actually the carbon cracking. we used to get these in the shop with similar problems andthey were all just the paint crack's from use.carbon was always fine underneath.

Where are the cracks? I'm only looking on my phone so can't see the pics that well.
My old trek OCLV's used to go on the inner drive side chainstay, went through 3 frames in 10 months before swapping to Gt.
