These don't come up too often. A solid (like the forks) basis for a project. Is it 18" or smaller?

The junction of the Top Tube and the Down Tube appear to just overlap. I would say therefore that would make the Head Tube 110mm, which is shared with both 17" and 18" frames - well on the Hardtail models it is.

The 1996 Catalogue doesn't list a 17" frame, so presumably this is an 18".

Yeah, 18", they never made a 17" like you say.

Close to me so may go have a look and see if the frame is in better condition than mine.

And its not all original like he says, cranks and forks for one, am asking him about other parts as pics are kind of lacking.
