I had to factor in the cost of stripping and having them re-anodized so I left them alone as well.

I think almost all of these have oxidising. I fitted a NOS set and they had that oxidising fresh out of the packet, it’s almost like they are the Mag21 SL Ti’s of brakes

Hi there,

we have 2 sets (4 pairs) of Grafton Maglites:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
1 set (2 pairs) in champagne Color - they are oxidating

1 set (2 pairs) in black color in NOS condition - they are NOT oxidating

FYI:
What is VERY important with all Magnesium parts is to keep humidity and wet conditions at bay at all cost.
NOS Maglites belong either in a showcase to admire or on a NOS bike kept indoors otherwise it's just a waste of nice pieces.
