Rare Titanium Dyna tech...worth saving?

Not exactly rare, decent enough bike though.
I think the Diablo has two (or 3?) Main tubes that are titanium, aluminium lugs, and a cro-moly rear end.
The paint and decals look in fairly good Nick, probably worth saving if you're prepared to put some work in to bring it back to life.
 
Found this on wikipedia:

The bottom tube cable guide looks similar to those of the Merida.

I had the next generation of these bitd with the UGLI forks. Good bit of kit and I seem to recall that they were Ti bonded to steel vice alu. My Dad still rides his. This ones probably good for £150 ish in its current state.
