I'd also beware of using the sign in link to report it as fraudulent. There was a problem which I think is still 'live' with hacked ebay ads asking you to sign in, which then stole your details.

If you feel the need, contact ebay from within your own ebay and send them the number listing local. Theres been a number of these so I reckon they'd be well aware of them and act sooner rather than later.
