Was thinking the same, looks reversible to make a stunning triple crank. Love the look of this

Spoke to the seller. Its not reversible and will need a custom made spider to operate as a triple, which is £££s and a headache to sort, assuming you coukd find an engineering co to do the work. Shame as the are gorgeous.

I could swear that the spider looks like one of them XTR M950 5-arm spiders that were available to use aftermarket chain-rings instead of the regular propietary 4-arm jobbies.

It certainly looks like it's this very spider mounted backwards. Which means it's very much possible to open the lockring (looks like a standard XTR M950 setup) and turn the spider the right way around. The seller is possibly a pillock and has no idea about what he's selling. Looks like the BB inerface might be Octalink 1 so any XTR BB will fit.

Re:

The seller does not come across as a pillock !! He said he machines things using a water jet to cut out Ti pieces. He was straight up about it, its not reversible and it would prolly require some custom work to make a triple spider that works.
