I actually kind of like that, and I love Avocet computers. This set up might have protected my Avocet 30 that was destroyed in 1993 in a head on collision with another cyclist (head down, in a hurry, didn't see me), that computer had my top speed of 52.X mph stored on it (A259 west down into the Cuckmere valley for Sussex locals), and the impact reduced my computer to a shower of tiny plastic shards.

I guess if I'd been using this, the impact would have reduced my handlebar to a shower of tiny carbon shards.

Also that was my MC1 attitude, so it wouldn't have fit.

Nevermind.
