I've got one of these, but mine is the later one 1999/2000.
They're great to ride, quick, easy to maneuver and very well balanced. I'm not sure which year this one is but beware the very early ones had big problems with the thermoplastic frame cracking.
People list these as carbon frames but they only have a carbon top weave.
They were eye watering money new ( $3895) hence they did not sell that many.
I'm sure this one was listed recently so I'd be wondering why the new buyer is selling so quickly after purchasing. Maybe it's too small; who knows?
