MARIN F.R.S Prototype

The rear section on the commercial version is a Manitou but the rear section on this is a customised ROCKSHOX MAG.

Some parts of the internals are different than the MAG 20/21 I have, but it seems like you could use the seals etc. from those.

Currently the left oil seal and the right air valve are no use.
If you have the repair kit etc. for MAG 20/21 I think you would be able to fix these problems.

There is no serial number on the frame as it was used for the MARIN race team. The front triangle is aluminium. I think the rear swing arm is the same as the normal F.R.S

It looks like it has been raced, so there are lots of marks but I can't see any cracks.

Sold as-is, no returns.
I can only send it on weekends, I plan to use Yamato to deliver.

I've got some pics somewhere of one of those team bikes built up.

Herbold was the first to try this setup - on one of his Miyatas - but using the original RS1 forks rather than these later Mag21 bases.

I think they're a nice bit of fun history these frames - one for Al maybe...?
