Rossi bitd....though not for mtb's....the geomentry probably looks odd as they were known for track bikes

These were made by a bloke I know, all made to order so might have been what the customer wanted at the time but taking a second look at it I reckon it's been stripped and rebuilt so rigid forks would have been standard for sure, making it look a little less awkward
