Fisher frame for Tall People

i bought this off him on 11 june(for99p) and paid straight away
by 26 june no parcel, no reply to any of 4 emails
reported to paypal for non arrival and within 15 mins had a response,claiming been in court,too busy and advert says 10 days despatch
11+10=21 june , if you go working days its still 12 working days
the real killer is check out the email address its a retail shop the guy owns and runs his own retail shop not a back street bedroom operation
also the postage of £25 is little steep-i can box a frame up and post for £15
check out the feedback lots of comments on slow delivery
bargain for someone but not if you are in a hurry

rant over i did get a full refund and am banned from his future auctions(but i dont want a pink luggage rack or 3 speed gear set up- which is mostly what he's sold latley)
