I have one of these (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=292714). It's a 1994 model and the main tubes are Ti (or at least 2 of 3 are, I can't remember now), the UGLI is steel. Good price (at the moment, anyway!) for the frame & fork.

Looking at that and the improper placement of the decals, and the Ti colour rubbed through on the top and down tubes, id be willing to bet thats actually an m-Trax Ti3000 robbed of all its parts!!

The decals are in the right place for that model and year: the stickers/protective coating on the ti tubes is peeling off: a very common thing on the Ti Dynas and M Traxes. It's a genuine Dyna, just a very beaten up one: would have been a good score at 25 - and it's been relisted.
