Just came across some titanium spindle pedals made by Rockbros, which are just insanely cheap (£13, normally £25+ on ebay). They are on aliexpress.com so this means they will take 3 weeks from China. I think the titanium spindle could even be removed to use on another pair of pedals. The pedals are gold/red, but I may de-anodise them if I don't like the colour.
If you look at their store they also have a lot of titanium bolts etc which are 50% off. Some of the stuff is artificially 50% off (inflated starting price), but some is genuinely 50% off. Here's the interesting stuff I've found:
