Team Elex? that's a new one on me: anyone able to tell us about it?
The kit is all 93ish, the 501 frame looks about 91 ish but I think they were still using them up till 93. Still stumped though :)

Hard to tell if it's been tampered with or used as it looks mint yet if seriously used then parts may have been of higher spec, but it looks like it's had a sprinkling of fairy dust from a fellow retro biker and price is very fair. Worth the punt if local.

Looks tidy with the white to silver paint yet still looks revamped so I'd be interested to hear from those that know myself on what it may be?
