Shill bidding? am no expert but 0 feedback on one user and private bidding from another.
 
This is the one I was going to buy in December but the Pace forks were apparently not going to be included as the wife wanted to use them on her bike. Bought something else in the end as got no response to my enquiry about parts when the bike was going to be split.

Why not try and sell it on here again then? You are more likely to sell it for a better price on an enthusiasts website than on Ebay. EBay is generally the last place you want to try and sell things.

Despite the forks being too short for the frame it would still sell on here no problem i would have thought. Looks in good nick. I hunted for one in that condition for years and had to settle for a grubber. Ended up getting it resprayed black as i just wasnt happy with it. Then bought a '95 Vertex TR which is the same frame as the Axis R.
