Not an Alpinestars, not with that head tube. Not a Grove either, which I think had slider dropouts.
 
not t26 looking at dropouts. One things for sure, there is surely no room for excess weight or force on that loooong un-braced seat tube. :shock: . And the mahoosive straddle cable at the back, the brake cable isn't even seated in the rear stop by the look of it. It's an oddity...
