Saddle and tires can be swapped easy enough, but with that paint job, you're stuck with that generic looking fork.
 
Just curious, what type of fork that is, as long as it's been brought up.

Nice paint for sure, who did it?

I think the type II was more or less spec'd for racing and that it had internally butted blades with a 4130 cro-moly crown which is more desirable but is the fork pictured a Type I or Type II or something else all together.

It's a fillet brazed unicrown fork. No reason not to believe Steve didn't make the fork (as opposed to Tom Ritchey who cranked out a lot of this type of fork, either way, it's a quality fork). Won't be as punishing to the casual rider vs. a Type II. It's definitely not a Type I (those tend to be pretty rare).
