Not sure. Going to search see what I can find.

Merlin frames were sometimes prestige but even if standard double butted tange I'll be happy.

Brochure/review on here says double butted chromo only. But reported frame weight of 4.5lb on that review (see archive section) so pretty pleased with that.

it's a pre merlin Sadoff/taiwan one. and yes it did go cheap like the budgie!

there was a good review in MBI in 93/94 IIRC
