Look at the third pic in this one I reckon that's what had the seller of the frame only confused as to what he had? These are a ti alloy mix arnt they not pure ti?

6al4v (6% aluminium, 4% vanadium) or 3/2.5

No ti frames will be pure ti I think.

Yep 3AL 2.5V is the most common titanium alloy used in bike frames. The Xizang is made from that also. So the Lightning is as much a ti frame as any other!!!
