He seem to be one of those vendors that bases his prices on the asking prices for Campagnolo MTB parts on e-bay that don't sell.
You can buy it sensibly if you try hard enough. I've put together most of what he's got for sale over the last couple of weeks for a lot less than he's asking, (some of it from RB sellers).
