Look like topline cranks, worth a few £ on their own if the threads and tapers are good!!!!

Topline cranks - yes, just watch the lefthand crank arm as just about all the 110bcd versions seem to fail. The 94bcd versions are different materials/ finish and appear to last longer...

Alloy frame- no. prob 'K2' steel

It's a Raleigh apex. Used to have one BITD. Recognise the colour, and front tyre. Came standard with flex stem too.

Also I have to honestly say these are the lightest cranks I have ever owned.....around 400g as they stand i think!
