I'm curious about the eyelets on the Sbike's seat tube. Those should have a proper removable seat clamp instead. Could you send me a closer photo of that area?

As for size, the point where the seat tube diameter changes is entirely above the support struts, which indicates that it's a large (52cm or 20.5" C-T ... unless it's been cut down).
Not that it matters much, the only difference between a large and a medium (49cm/19") is the seat tube length. The rest of the geometry is identical.

Oh, and the heart ... no idea either. Both my steel frames have it too.
On road bikes it's commonly used as a stop for clamp-on cable guides, but that's always on the downtube.
