How big do you need it? I have one the same size and I am 6ft 3-4" and a 32" leg...this measures more like 20.5" to the top of the seat tube...the next size up, would really be only for basket ball players! lol
 
I'm 6'2 and 34" leg, those few extra inches make all the difference! ;)

The seller told me the seat post is stuck too.
 
Loads of seatpost showing so should easily shift. Doubt it will go much higher than opening price in which case its a great bike for the money.
 
This looks quite nice but the bar stem looks quite scabby. Back tyre looks like an original Rockstar. That seatpost will come out, there can't be too much in there to get solid purchase.

Could be a good buy for someone.
