Are sellers like this really innocent? Why should a buyer send him £115 or more on the grounds that the frame is a Kilauea when he provides no evidence that it is? With better photos, it could be possible to establish what it is, but with just that one it could be any 94-96 Kona. I suspect that it is a Kilauea actually, but not with sufficient certainty that I'd send him any money!
