These are uber cool no question......though I honestly doubt if they shift as accurately as the 200gs gear on my pub bike :?

I had one once, a bit of a bugger to set up and when it was it performed no differently or better than the stx-rc I took off. Nice ornament at the right price but at that price your head needs testing.

I wouldn't say it was a stupid buy.
Whoever gets them, could keep them a few years, then bang another £100 on to the price they paid for them.
Theres always someone prepared to pay for "rare" items.
