Claud butler or dawes lookibg at the stem cant remember raleigh using that type but may be wrong

stem looks to be a Zoom (or replica). Agree with Chute55uk - Claud Butler or Dawes (more like CB IMHO)

Seriously though, my money is definitely on it being a Claud Butler, and i go so far as to guess at it being an 'Enduro' and date it about 1994!
