Yep, you can still spot the rear canti hanger on the frame if you squint…

EDIT: Wheels are non original as well, stem and forks are correct though, can't make out much else :oops:

The '94 catalogue is on here by the way :)

On the subject of the wheels, why do half the spokes cross and other half parallel on each wheel? Is that normal?

What's it worth then as is?

Reserve set at £50 and brakes and gears need 'replacing according to halfords'

I dunno, £50 sounds ok and bike shops (and other places such as halfords ;-) ) don't 'get' that old stuff doesn't necessarily need replacing. The number if times I've been told to replace a top end old component with a cheap new one only to go home and figure out how to fix it myself...
