is this retro,or just poo?

I'm not sure it's retro, although it might be. I'm not sure it really qualifies as a bike either as it has no wheels.

I guess it's a bicycle inspired water craft.

Whatever it's classification, it's very interesting and looks like it could be a lot of fun.
