Looks 'a bit' like an Orange Aluminium Elite. Can't tell for sure without more pictures though.

My first thought too but looking again it seems most of the fatness is down to reflections and lighting?

Having said that though Im not convinced its an Elite - the proportions don't seem quite right.

Would be very cautious about buying it that's for sure.
