Issue really is there's no front 700d wheel if wanted to keep it org u be pushed to find one u would have to fit 650b's on it ,there's a complete one on eBay ask 400 which I think a little to much

no, not really 650b is 584mm and 700d is 587mm, sling a set of 650b wheels on there and off you go.
