It's already had a T-cut & polish :lol:

Looks to be just surface rust to me, I imagine the seatpost will come out eventually, I've only tried penetrating oil on it then gave up as the frame is too small for me anyway :roll:

It needs some love, that's for sure, respray and decals. No reserve on it, it sells for whatever someone is willing to bid up to for it.
