IF ITS THE SAME FRAME, the description from the retrobike account is a lot more in-depth regarding its history and wear. I could not see any mention of hairline cracks from the ebay description, just that the enamel had some marks. mmm interesting...
 
Was thinking of this as a moderate whip around build, like everyone is saying though, did a search on retrobike and found the same bike with cracks. Shame as its a nice frame ,apparently they were built by dave yates, wasn't too far from me but missed the end of the auction due to being away on holiday.
