1998 Orange P7 21" frame. Can't see any dings and paint in pretty reasonable condition. Has BB installed and headset cups. (This is frame only - wheels and forks in the picks were just for mockups. )
Believe it to be 21 inch measured center bb to top of seat tube as in last photo below
