What's up with the lighter green on the head tube and forks?

It's a 99 model by the way and would be better placed in the road for sale section. If you drop a line to the mod's I'm sure they can move this across.

Its not repainted...Evrything is like from the factory...Maybe shadows or somethinkg like that...
