Bit of an odd one, no idea if this is the right place for it, it's not a road bike or a mountain bike so it seems to be the only place for it!!
Ok, a working, unusual old folding bike, these are made from unwelded aluminium extrusions, very light yet don't feel flimsy.
I bought it to go in the car boot (folds up quite small) in case of breakdowns, parking outside of towns etc. It isn't getting used and it's a shame.
I have got pics which I will get up soon.
Basically it's a Bickerton classic (a few on ebay, they seem to sell for around £75-100 in this conditon), complete and generally working, the gears aren't selecting as reliably as they used to (3 speed sturmey archer) so may need the cable setting up at a guess.
Other than that it works, folds down ok, it could do with all being dismantled and the joints greasing in my opinion but it's a nice old thing in decent condition.
£50 seems fair, I can't see it needing any money spending, just pumped the tyres up and taken it for a little ride!
Can post, will cost around £15 to mainland (not NI or highlands) UK.
