I'll try and get it on some scales later this afternoon. It's no weight weeny but it's not the weight of a downhill bike either. Somewhere in the middle. Average.

If you can wait a bit longer (no idea how long) I will buy it for my friend, the full bike. It's exactly what he needs for his first MTB but he hasn't got the money together yet. I'm really hoping its still here when he has it.

It really is the ideal starter bike for someone, it's got so much life left in it, it has hardly been ridden!
