Forks: Rock Shox Revelation 426, 140mm adjustable travel, lock out, TF tuned
Stem: Thomson X4
Bars: Race Face Respond
Seatpost: KS i950 dropper with remote, held in place with a Hope seatclamp.
Headset: Hope, integrated
Chainset: Shimano SLX
Front Mech: Shimano XT
Rear Mech: Shimano XT
Shifters: Shimano XTR M952
Wheels: Hope XC hubs, Mavic 717 disc rims, Hope Quick Release
Brakes: Magura Louise, 180/160
Tyres: Yes!
Saddle: NO!
Pedals: NO!

The front brake needs a bleed, but I'll include a full Magura bleed kit (itself worth £40) and even a new set of pads, should you need them at any point.

What have I missed.... Grips are ODI lock ons.

I can't say enough good things about this bike, its bloody great.

I reckon that £800 (not inc postage) is a good price for this. If you reckon you can build it yourself to this spec for less... Do it!
