There was some earlier debate as to whether these are Syncros....They have transfers but not etched as was the seat post which I recently sold.
I'm no expert and bought them as Syncros off e bay some time ago.

Can I just say I bought two complete bikes off Steve. They were quality and priced well. If he believes these to be Syncros then that will be straight up. Good luck with the sale.
And thanks for the bikes. They have almost, after seven months, been rebuilt into one.
