I've had a pair of black World Cups that I picked up off eBay but the build they were planned for has gone in another direction so have never been fitted since I got them. I was planning to give them a service and think they need it but given how easy and available the SID spares are it'll be no problem for a fellow RBiker. Decent SIDs in black with V brake studs are getting rather hard to find it seems.
These are not immaculate. Hence the price. I've taken pics of the scratches and surface marks. The lowers have the usual wear and tear. The bridge has some paint bubbling which again is in the pics.
If you're planning to put these straight onto your show pony these may not be the forks for you. If you want a rider with the lightest and stiffest forks around on it to give some stick, these might be in your market.
The stanchions have some light scratches on both sides. I sent pics to TFTuned and they said they were fine. Again, have a look at the pics to see.
Steerer tube is a massive 250mm and in very good nick. As I haven't used them i can't say that they're rideable as is. Consider this when buying.
I paid £65 for them so am looking to get that back inc delivery in a smart fork box to your home.
Any questions, feel free to PM me. These are advertised elsewhere so don't hang about.
